SAT DATES & DEADLINES
Alta Students & Parents: The SAT Test is another standardized tests that college programs may want to see or look at when you apply to college. Usually, students interested in schools on the east coast are more likely to look at the SAT. For those that are interested in knowing more about the SAT, here is some general information to be aware of to sign-up. 1. Website: The website for the SAT is www.sat.collegeboard.org 2. Location: The three nearest places where the SAT is offered is Jordan High School, the University of Utah, and West High School (Salt Lake City). 3. Most students who take the SAT take it at Jordan High School because of the closeness of the school to Alta. 4. When you sign-up online for the first time, you’ll have to establish a username and password. The College Board for SAT will also ask you to complete some basic demographic information as well.
